Welcome to He Found Gardening. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for the provision of our gardening services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our responsibilities and your rights as a client. Please read them carefully before confirming any work. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
1. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date . Please ensure timely payment to avoid any disruptions to service.
2. Late Payment
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, a late fee of £5.00 per day will be applied from Day 15 onward until payment is received in full.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
4. Service Disruption
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or equipment failure.

5. Access to Property
Please ensure clear access to your garden or agreed work area. If we are unable to access the site, the visit may be charged in full.

6. Damage and Liability
While all care is taken during our work, we are not responsible for damage to client tools & equipment, underground/overground utilities or structures not clearly marked or communicated in advance.

7. Disputes
Any disputes or concerns regarding the service must be raised within 7 days of the service date.
